The Maldagora estate is located in a quiet and leafy setting, overlooking the Nivelle golf course and St-Jean-de-Luz bay. The Maldagora Villa, which was built in the 1930s, harmoniously combines the neo-Basque style and 1930s architecture.
Embellished by a patio surrounded by archways and carved, painted columns, it sets the tone for the 7 two- and three-storey buildings, which make up the complex with their half timbering and colourful wood decoration (in Basque red and pine green), gently sloping roofs and terracotta tiles. The apartments mainly look out onto the fairways of Nivelle golf course, the gardens or the swimming pool.
Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made for arrival.
Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.
Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Fridays, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays and from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays. The reception is closed at Wednesdays.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace, balcony or loggia with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

• From Paris: A63 motorway towards Bordeaux/ Bayonne /San Sebastian. Take exit no. 2 for "Saint-Jean-de-Luz Sud-Ciboure". Then take the RN10 towards Ciboure town centre. Follow the Avenue Jean Jaurès, then take the exit on the left, go under the railway line and turn right onto Avenue F. Mitterrand, following the signs for Nivelle golf course. At the entrance to the course, follow signs for “Olhette” on the Rue Arnaud Massy and lastly the Avenue F. Picherit. Follow the signs for Pierre & Vacances: the entrance to the Maldagora estate is on the left.
